Opening...
Our first blog how exciting!! For those of you who don't know we are in a small village in the Chiyaphum province of North East Thailand, or Issan. It started as a vision from God 4 years ago to bring teams to this village to reach out to them, and has turned into a huge project in the last 7 months. Now we have a team (4 woman, 3 Thai's and an American), property ( one for housing and vegetable farm and another for a tree farm), and plans for much more.
We'll reach the villagers with love. Going into schools to teach English (from the Bible), have a cafe and daycare, teaching locals to have good work ethics and skills to use if they move to the big cities, and also teach all their value to God to mainly prevent them from prostitution.
Teams will come to help us get things going. We are starting from the ground up, literally. Making a mud house for us to live in, and bamboo bungaloos for the teams. We will use locals for supplies and knowledge, at the same time reaching them with this Agape love. Then when set up teams will come in to help us do outreaches. They'll learn how to work on a Thai style farm and reach people for God. A people I might add who are 100% budist, but they are also 100% friendly and helpful.

When this village of mainly farmers sees these farms prosper and ask how we'll tell them Jesus. :) Don't you just want to be a part of it some way? I know you do! And prayer can be the first step.
