So lets learn more about the cafe/bakery since God is working things this week to prepare us for it. When Angel and I (YoYo) got to Thailand we stayed at a hotel near the beach. Spoiled I know but we're precious to our Father. :)

Anyway we used this particular hotel because Angel met the owners twin daughters just before coming on her American tour. They are Chinese but have lived here in Thailand all their lives. They went to the best culinary school in Bangkok and have a great little cafe; called Twins. :) Cute huh? One of them P Nit is a baker and her sister P Noi is a cook. Well the day we were to check out of the hotel they offered to take our team mate, Noong (or her changed name Azariah) in and teach her what they know. Their food and pastries are high quality. If you haven't experienced it yet Thailand doesn't exactly have much in the way of bread or "American" sweets, but theirs are awesome! So much so that I haven't lost any weight since being here yet; hopefully in the village. :) 

Here's what this means for our cafe. We will make mainly local dishes when teams aren't there, but when teams come we will also make "American" specialties mixed in. If you say to yourself I want the Thai food well just stop and think about me it's my reason to have some. But the main reason for this will be to give our local workers a new style/skill to use and if they end up going to the big city they will have this special style/skill to show to potential work sites and give them an advantage in finding work that would otherwise be out of reach for them; thus ending up in prostitution. We will be able to give them a reference and hopefully a certificate to prove their abilities. We will also prepare them with the confidence to start their own cafe wherever they go. 

It is not our intent to have everyone leave the village, but when they do it is our intent to better equip them for city life. They come to the cities like lambs to the slaughter, but just wait they will have a Shepherd when they go. And we defiantly intend for them all to know God before they go anywhere. Please pray for the success of this cafe/bakery and those who will be lead to the Kingdom through it. 

             เรามาเรียนรู้เรื่อง คาเฟ่/เบเกอรี่ กันดีกว่า...เมื่อพระเจ้าเริ่มงานของพระองค์ในการเตรียมเราอาทิตย์นี้ ตอนแองเจิ้ลและฉัน (โยโย่) กลับจากทัวร์อเมริกาถึงเมืองไทย เราได้พักที่โรงแรมหรูติดทะเลแห่งหนึ่งในพัทยา พระเจ้าสปอยเรามาก 55+แต่เรารู้ว่าเราเป็นที่รักของพระบิดา  55+
             นั่นแหละเราพักที่โรงแรมค่อนข้างหรู เพราะว่าแองเจิ้ลรู้จักกับลูกสาวเจ้าของโรงแรมก่อนที่จะไปอเมริกา ซึ่งเป็นฝาแฝด ทั้งสองเป็นคนจีนแต่เกิดและโตที่เมืองไทย ทั้งสองจบการฝึกอบรมจากโรงเรียนการทำอาหาร/เบเกอรี่ ที่ดีที่สุดในกรุงเทพฯ (สถาบันเลอ กระดอง เบลอ) และมีร้านอาหาร/คาเฟ่ ที่อร่อยและน่ารักมาก ชื่อร้าน Twins (ฝาแฝด) น่ารักมั๊ยล่ะ? คนนึงชื่อคุณนิด ทำเบเกอรี่เก่งและอร่อยมาก อีกคนเป็นน้องชื่อคุณหน่อยซึ่งทำอาหารเก่งและอร่อยสุดๆ วันที่เราเช็คเอ๊า คุณนิดได้ชวนเรามาเรียนทุกอย่างจากทางร้าน ทำเบเกอรี่ การบริหารร้าน ทำกาแฟ ฯลฯ เราจึงส่งสมาชิกในทีมเราชื่อคุณนงค์ (ซึ่งตอนนี้มีชื่อใหม่ว่า คุณอาซาริยาห์) มาเรียน อาหารของที่นี่อร่อยและมีคุณภาพมาก บรรยากาศร้านก็น่ารัก เก๋ไก๋ ถ้าคุณที่เคยมาและมีประสบการณ์ในประเทศไทยจะรู้ว่าที่นี่หาขนมปังอร่อย หรื์อของหวานแบบอมริกันทานยากมากแต่อาหารและเบเกอรี่ที่นี่สุดยอดของดีและอร่อย เยอะซะจนน้ำหนักฉันยังไม่ลดตั้งแต่มาถึง แต่หวังว่าจะลดที่หมู่บ้าน 55+
              คาเฟ่/ร้านอาหาร เรามีไอเดียประมาณนี้คือ เราจะขายอาหารที่ถูกปากคนท้องถิ่น เวลามีกรุ๊ปต่างชาติมาก็จะเพิ่มเมนูอาหารตะวันตกเข้าไป เป้าหมายของ คาเฟ่/ร้านอาหาร เราต้องการสอนทัษะ สไตย์การทำอาหารตะวันตกเข้าไปให้คนในท้องถิ่นมีความรู้ ความสามารถ เมื่อพวกเขาเข้ามาทำงานในเมืองใหญ่พวกเขาจะมีทักษะและความรู้งานด้านนี้ ซึ่งจะหางานได้ง่ายขึ้น และจะเป็นการป้องกันความเสี่ยงในการเข้ามาขายบริการด้วย เราหวังว่าจะออกใบรับรองและใบประกาศการทำงานให้พวกเขาด้วย เราหวังว่าจะเตรียมพวกเขาถ้าอยากเปิดร้านของตัวเองไม่ว่าจะไปที่ไหนก็ตาม 
             เป้าหมายของเราไม่ได้อยากให้ทุกคนย้ายออกจากหมู่บ้าน แต่ถ้าพวกเขาไปเราก็หวังว่าจะเตรียมพวกเขาให้พร้อมทั้งร่างกายและจิตวิญญาณที่จะพร้อมเผชิญเมืองใหญ่ ความตั้งใจของเราหวังจะให้พวกเขารู้จักพระเจ้าก่อนออกไปเผชิญโลกกว้าง เราขอคำอธิษฐานเพื่อความสำเร็จให้ คาเฟ่/ร้านอาหาร และคนที่จะถูกนำเข้ามาในแผ่นดินของพระเจ้าผ่านร้านอาหาร/คาเฟ่ นี้
